Once your PBX is in service, SigMON, Signate's PBX monitoring software, will send
you alerts if any of 20 different PBX conditions indicate potential trouble. SigMON
monitors conditions such as available disk space, CPU utilization, the state of
connections to telecommunications providers and whether the appropriate applications
are running on your server. The PBX monitoring service is free.
NOTES:
Signate's Asterisk Installation CD 2005 requires a personal computer or server capable of
running Red Hat Linux. An FXS PCI board or external gateway device is necessary to
connect the PBX to the conventional telephone network. A high speed internet
connection is required to connect to a VoIP telephone service provider.
